Salary: EUR 5,200 - 5,800 / monthly
Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 45+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Credit team and help solve complex operational challenges as Revolut scales globally.
In this role, you will build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's rapid growth. You'll lead and execute core infrastructure projects end-to-end, define project priorities, and set timelines to achieve goals quickly. Key responsibilities include launching credit products in new territories, improving monetization and retention of existing credit products, identifying new features for seamless customer experience, and providing operational support to credit teams at a detailed level.
You'll work on some of the most complex, hard-to-solve problems in the business, creating elegant, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires diving into multiple areas of the business and collaborating across teams to drive impact.
Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R; comfort working with data
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable components
- Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
- Interest in the financial industry
