N26, a digital banking disruptor headquartered in Berlin, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the Core Banking segment. You will co-drive segment strategy alongside your product counterpart, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
In this role, you will own the business leadership of the Core Banking segment. Key responsibilities include: co-creating and refining segment strategies to enable decision-making and trade-off analysis; developing and presenting business cases to the executive leadership team to assess initiative and experiment impact; conducting exploratory P&L optimization analyses using SQL and budget modeling; proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation; leading KPI reviews with cross-functional teams to monitor progress against strategic goals; and serving as a central stakeholder across Product, Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
You will thrive on complex data analysis, defining KPIs, and developing compelling business cases to justify strategic investments. The role demands strong project management, cross-functional alignment, and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
- Proven experience making data-driven recommendations and driving strategic outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to independently source data and derive insights
- Effective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights
- Interest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry
- Fluent in English
