Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. The company removes friction from cross-border business by simplifying global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence.
You will be responsible for scaling the Partnerships acquisition channel and driving channel partnerships across the EMEA region, based in London (hybrid). The role focuses on delivering revenue performance by executing the go-to-market strategy while supporting broader partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilize Payoneer's platform and products, including commercial cards, payment sending/receiving, and related services.
- Develop partnerships and relationships that drive client acquisition across multiple verticals: company formation, legal and accounting, e-commerce, fintech, advertising, and others.
- Contribute strategic depth in business analysis and market development activities in the region.
- Work collaboratively with the Partnerships Director for EMEA and other regional functions.
- Represent Payoneer at partner events and industry shows.
- Engage with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders at senior executive levels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
You will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and creative problem-solving skills. You should thrive in orchestrating relationships between Payoneer's functions and partner/client organizations to deliver on revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of: revenue quota-carrying direct sales, indirect channels/partnerships management, or business development in Payments, Financial Services, Technology, e-Commerce, or related verticals.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, deal-making, partnerships, relationship management, and opportunity creation.
- Strategic thinking with ability to drive business end-to-end and execute independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent quantitative skills to analyze complex information and data, drawing clear conclusions and insights.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Fluent in English with additional language capability in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
