Salary: USD 260,000 - 280,000 / annual

Rillet is an Agentic ERP platform serving accounting and finance teams, helping companies automate critical financial processes from closing the books to investor reporting. As Head of Accounting & Advisory Partnerships, you will lead a critical growth function responsible for building and scaling Rillet's partnerships across the Big 4, top accounting firms, mid-market boutiques, and fractional CFO networks. This is a hands-on leadership role where you own channel revenue targets, lead and develop a growing team, and represent Rillet with senior executives across the accounting and advisory industry. Key responsibilities include: - Owning channel revenue strategy, pipeline development, and operating cadence for the partnerships function - Building infrastructure to enable partner cross-sell, improving Rillet's sales process for partner collaboration, and creating repeatable go-to-market motions - Identifying and executing strategic partnership initiatives beyond near-term revenue, including longer-term bets and ancillary opportunities - Leading, hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing partnerships team - Representing Rillet at the C-suite level, building credibility with senior partners and industry leaders - Creating repeatable programs that generate pipeline, customers, and strategic value - Developing exceptional presentations, pitches, and partner materials; coaching the team to do the same - Working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Customer Success, and PE Partnerships teams The role is based in San Francisco or New York with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday–Thursday). Significant travel is required. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of experience, ideally with analytical foundation (accounting, MBB consulting, IB/PE experience); experience working with advisory firms strongly preferred - Proven track record leading and scaling a strategic partnerships or channel function with clear revenue accountability - Experience managing and developing strong teams; demonstrated ability to inspire and retain talent - Exceptionally execution-oriented: move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive results; allergic to analysis paralysis - Exceptional executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior leaders in complex, sophisticated organizations - Relentless, low-ego builder comfortable working in white space and executing before playbooks exist - Ability to move quickly and adapt without losing focus on revenue targets - Strong team mindset and collaborative approach; comfortable in complex go-to-market environments - Experience with events, conferences, and ecosystem-building is a strong plus
