As Strategy & Operations Manager based in Dubai, you will drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across Revolut's global expansion. You'll own high-impact projects that solve complex business challenges, optimize processes for hyper-growth, and deliver better outcomes for customers. Key responsibilities include: - Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's rapid growth - Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion - Prioritizing projects strategically and setting timelines to achieve goals quickly - Identifying and developing new features that enhance the customer experience - Managing critical vendor relationships and establishing performance tracking systems - Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where problem-solving at scale is essential. The role requires collaboration across the business and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2:1 degree from a top-tier university - 8+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency coding in SQL, Python, or R - Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end - Strong analytical skills with ability to decompose complex problems - Comfort working with data and deriving insights - Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact - Interest in or background in the financial services industry
