The company's mission is to make delivery universally accessible by fundamentally reimagining aircraft design and operations. The Strategy & Operations Associate works directly with the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations on high-impact projects that drive growth and shape product development. QUALIFICATIONS Must-have: - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier engineering school with strong academic record (MBA not required) - 1–2 years of experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank (front office, Industrials or M&A preferred), or in strategy/operations at a deep-tech startup (quality of experience prioritized over years) - Proven financial modelling and advanced Excel skills - Structured problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity who converts complex problems into actionable plans - Quick learner in new domains such as drone technology and aviation regulation - Ability to work effectively with engineers, pilots, and business teams - Clear written and verbal communication skills across all levels (technicians to CEO to clients) - Self-starter with strong ownership and high attention to detail - Genuine interest in UAVs, aviation, logistics, and the future of delivery Good to have: - Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau - Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
