Stakeholder Labs is building software and strategy services for investor relations and financial communications at public companies. This Strategist / Analyst role supports retail investor engagement programs for publicly traded clients, combining research, content production, and analytics.
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring retail investor sentiment across social platforms and communities, tracking client stock performance and peer activity, analyzing shareholder data to identify ownership trends and targeting opportunities, and producing competitive benchmarking reports. You'll draft client-facing content including social posts, newsletter copy, earnings recaps, and investor updates; build and maintain content calendars aligned to earnings cycles; support creation of retail-facing presentation materials and investor website audits; and use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily to accelerate drafting and research.
Reporting work involves building client dashboards tracking engagement metrics and sentiment trends, preparing monthly and quarterly reports on social sentiment and campaign performance, compiling perception data ahead of client check-ins, and maintaining organized workstreams across multiple accounts. You'll support Senior Strategists in managing 3–5 client accounts, coordinate with internal teams on content production and media placements, and contribute to new business pitches with research and competitive analysis.
The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in investor relations, financial communications, digital marketing, content strategy, equity research, or agency-side client work. You understand public markets basics, earnings cycles, and shareholder dynamics; write polished, client-ready content across formats; work comfortably with data and analytics; and have strong digital and social fluency. You're reliable, organized, and thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments. Bonus experience includes finance content creation, financial data platforms, fintech or consumer tech background, CRM/email marketing tools, and design/production software (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut).
