As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between sales and customers, partnering with Account Executives to guide complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles. Your core responsibilities include leading technical discovery calls with C-level executives, creating and demonstrating custom environments tailored to customer industry and business needs, and managing end-to-end technical proof-of-concept cycles.
You will architect integrations and data connections, navigate security conversations to build customer confidence in Glean's security posture, and serve as the voice of the customer by working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams. The role requires translating complex AI technology into clear business outcomes, helping enterprises understand how Glean's Work AI platform delivers measurable impact through faster onboarding, productivity gains, and smarter decision-making.
