The Strategic Partner Manager (IC4) role represents the highest individual contributor level in the organization. You will serve as the strategic "CEO" for FISPAN's largest and most strategic bank partnerships, combining executive-level strategic vision with deep tactical expertise to drive user growth, market expansion, and C-suite alignment.
Key responsibilities include: owning total strategic and commercial accountability for multi-million-dollar banking portfolios; proactively identifying, negotiating, and closing complex, multi-year expansion deals; building trusted C-level and SVP relationships while acting as a strategic peer who challenges bank assumptions with market insights; driving institutional adoption across multiple departments within partner banks to ensure rapid onboarding of corporate clients; and establishing organizational standards, mentoring team members, and driving joint product and marketing strategies with internal executives.
Required qualifications: 10+ years in enterprise sales or account management, with 7+ years selling or managing directly within commercial banking or fintech; demonstrated experience operating as a peer to senior bank executives and enterprise sales leadership; and institutional-level domain authority in commercial banking, corporate treasury, real-time payments, and enterprise fintech architectures.
