Prosper AI is building voice AI agents that automate healthcare operations end-to-end—answering patient calls, scheduling appointments in EHRs, verifying insurance, automating billing, and handling payor interactions. The company has grown revenue 5x in the past year, partnered with 100+ healthcare organizations covering 150,000+ providers, and raised $35M (Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz).
You will own a strategic segment focused on the largest provider organizations in the country: national MSOs, PE-backed platform groups, and multi-region specialty organizations. This is a business ownership role, not a territory assignment. You will define the segment strategy, build the named account list, set commercial architecture (pricing, pilot design, land-and-expand paths), and drive cross-functional execution with marketing, product, solutions, and outbound teams.
Key responsibilities include: building market strategy from scratch (market map, account segmentation, prioritization logic); owning long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end from prospecting through close; building durable relationships with C-suite decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle); authoring quantified ROI business cases based on customer data; navigating enterprise procurement, RFPs, security reviews, HIPAA/BAA diligence, and legal negotiation; and codifying winning playbooks for future team scaling.
Ideal candidates have MBB or top-tier strategy consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), executive presence with financial fluency, demonstrated relationship-building at the C-suite level, and entrepreneurial experience in unstructured environments. Bonus qualifications include healthcare or PE/provider-services consulting background, experience selling AI/automation into regulated industries, EHR/practice management ecosystem fluency (Epic, athenahealth, ModMed, eClinicalWorks), existing provider group leadership networks, and early-stage/hypergrowth startup experience.
This is an inflection-point opportunity where strategy is yours to write and execution directly impacts company trajectory. You'll have direct access to founders, product, and engineering for rapid deal unblocking.
