Spot & Tango is a VC-backed, high-growth e-commerce startup in the pet health and wellness space, delivering personalized meal plans and pet products on a subscription basis. You'll join as Strategic GTM Manager for PupGum, their innovative new dog dental chew brand with clinically proven compounds for breath freshening and teeth cleaning.
In this role, you'll own go-to-market strategy and execution for PupGum, working at the intersection of marketing, growth, and business development. You'll identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition and awareness channels outside core paid media—including partnerships, field activations, PR, SEO, events, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities include: building and scaling influencer and UGC content strategies with clear creative briefs and performance feedback; managing strategic relationships with agencies, creators, and partners; identifying and assessing new growth channels using structured test-and-learn approaches; designing and running A/B testing programs across website elements (landing pages, product pages, copy); owning end-to-end execution of brand initiatives with cross-functional coordination; and tracking KPIs to synthesize insights and iterate strategy.
You're entrepreneurial, equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You thrive taking ownership of projects without hand-holding, excel at stakeholder communication, and have strong project management skills. You're a builder who appreciates great branding and can develop marketing strategy yourself. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and testing into new opportunities.
The role offers expansion potential into performance marketing, product research, and broader brand strategy, with direct exposure to senior leadership and company-level decision-making.
