Savvy is a Series B fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) that partners with experienced advisors, providing them with a modern, AI-native platform, marketing support, investment management, and back-office operations—allowing advisors to focus on client relationships while growing their business. As a Strategic Growth Manager (Account Executive), you will lead the sales process to bring top-producing financial advisors to Savvy. You'll partner with the SDR team to identify and engage prospective advisors, then own the full consultative sales cycle from initial relationship-building through contract negotiation and close. Key responsibilities include: - Qualifying and engaging prospective advisors (inbound and outbound) to assess fit - Building genuine relationships with decision-makers and understanding their pain points - Running product demonstrations showcasing Savvy's technology platform, marketing capabilities, and operational support - Customizing pricing and compensation contracts based on advisor expectations and book-of-business transferability - Maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM and participating in regular business reviews with leadership - Forecasting quarterly pipeline and projections This is a quota-carrying role with deal sizes ranging from $200K to $1M+ ARR and average close times under two months. Success requires high emotional intelligence and empathy—you're selling to successful business owners (advisors) whose personal and professional identity is tied to their current firm. The role demands patience, active listening, agility, and the ability to facilitate meaningful career transitions. Required qualifications: 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, 2+ years at a high-growth tech startup, experience with $200K–$1M ARR deal sizes, exposure to deal cycles of 1–12 months, track record selling to senior executives and business owners, and proficiency with revenue tools (CRM, AI, sales engagement platforms). Nice-to-have experience includes recruiting through tech-enabled platforms or selling in the financial advisory/wealth management space.
