The company combines software, data, and service to simplify Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) workflows and reduce administrative burden for providers.
As Strategic Finance Manager, you will own complex financial and strategic analyses from initial question through final recommendation. You'll build financial models from scratch to evaluate new products, pricing, unit economics, investments, and partnerships. The role involves analyzing large operational and financial datasets to identify trends, explain business performance, and surface actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-priority financial and strategic analyses with limited precedent
- Building sophisticated financial models for strategic decision-making
- Working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Analytics, Product, and Growth teams
- Developing deep understanding of operational drivers behind financial performance
- Supporting forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
- Leading special projects and strategic initiatives
- Supporting investor and Board materials with financial analysis and strategic insights
- Improving tools, processes, and analytical infrastructure as the company scales
- Serving as thought partner to the Director of Strategic Finance and Analytics
You'll report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and Analytics. This is a high-ownership role for someone comfortable with ambiguous business questions and building answers from the ground up. The ideal candidate has completed formal analyst training (investment banking or equivalent), 3-5 years of investment banking experience, and exceptional financial modeling skills. Healthcare or startup experience is valued but not required.
