Salary: USD 128,000 - 184,000 / annual

You will join the Strategic Finance team as a Strategic Finance Associate/Sr. Associate focused on Product finance. This is a high-visibility role that bridges product strategy with financial outcomes. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to shape the financial strategy of the business. Key responsibilities include: - Design and manage financial models supporting annual planning, long-range forecasts, and multi-product growth strategy - Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to set topline targets, evaluate roadmap investments, and align on strategic priorities - Model the financial impact of Zip's AI products, including pricing scenarios, unit economics, gross margin analysis, and investment cases for new capabilities - Create and maintain KPI frameworks tracking product performance and sales efficiency to guide resource allocation - Prepare high-quality board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations - Drive company-wide forecasting and reporting processes across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics You will be a core finance partner on Zip's AI strategy, from pricing and packaging to forecasting AI revenue and managing inference costs. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of private equity, investment banking, or similar experience - Experience in strategic finance at a high-growth technology company (preferred) - Familiarity with technology, SaaS, and usage-based business models - Excellent financial modeling and quantitative skills - Extreme attention to detail with high regard for precision - Strong written and verbal communication - Ownership mindset with ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
