You will own and grow a focused portfolio of Fortune 500 and highly regulated enterprise accounts, reporting to the Regional VP East. This is a named-account role emphasizing depth over breadth, with substantial sales cycles primarily in banking and financial services. You'll work with complex buying committees involving multiple stakeholders and build executive-level relationships with CISOs, AppSec leaders, and platform engineering leaders.
Key responsibilities include: owning and expanding a strategic named-account portfolio focused on Fortune 500 enterprises; navigating Fortune 500 buying committees and multi-threading relationships across security, engineering, and business functions; building trust with C-level security and engineering leaders; driving competitive displacement against incumbent vendors; and developing multi-year account penetration and expansion strategies. You'll manage your own pipeline and forecast with discipline, operating independently and maintaining strong process discipline.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of enterprise software or security sales experience with a proven track record managing large strategic accounts and complex multi-stakeholder evaluations; demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 organizations; experience selling Application Security, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Identity/NHI/IAM, or developer tooling; a track record of competitive displacement wins and enterprise expansions; executive presence and ability to build trust with senior security and business leaders; strong political and organizational judgment for navigating buying committees and executive influence mapping; and a disciplined, independent operating style with accurate forecasting and autonomous project management.
Desirable qualifications include experience joining high-growth security companies or startups and familiarity with secrets management, NHI, or developer security ecosystems. The interview process includes a recruiter screen, manager interview with the Regional VP East, a strategic account planning exercise and mock discovery conversation, a final interview with the CEO, and reference checks.
