Vanta is a Series D AI-powered trust management platform that helps businesses earn and prove security compliance continuously. As a Strategic Channel Manager for EMEA, you'll own and scale Vanta's value-added reseller (VAR) partnerships across the region, managing relationships with major security and compliance resellers like CDW, SHI, and Optiv.
You'll develop executive-level relationships with key VAR partners while building direct connections with individual resellers to drive engagement and deal collaboration. Your core responsibilities include executing go-to-market and enablement playbooks, launching joint account mapping strategies, and facilitating co-selling motions between partners and Vanta's sales team to generate net-new ARR. You'll enable partner teams on Vanta's value proposition, share competitive intelligence and GTM feedback to inform channel strategy, and manage your partnership book with regular pipeline updates.
Success requires 6+ years in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, with proven experience working with large VARs in security or compliance. You need deep understanding of reseller sales cycles, incentive models, and co-sell mechanics. You're comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments with a bias toward action, and you're an excellent cross-functional collaborator who can execute and contribute to strategy. Travel to partner events and conferences is expected. The role values curiosity about AI and sound judgment in applying it to improve efficiency.
