Backed by major investors including BlackRock, SoftBank, and TPG, the company has raised approximately $500 million to date and is transforming the retirement industry by addressing the gap where over half of working Americans lack adequate retirement savings.
As a Partner Account Manager based in Seattle, you will be responsible for developing, building, and amplifying referral relationships with key partners in the SMB ecosystem, including tech partners, human capital management (HCM) platforms, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors. Your primary focus will be engaging and developing Human Interest's key accounts and growth opportunities to exponentially expand reach across the United States.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, establishing business goals and performance metrics around sales pipeline depth and revenue generation
- Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute initiatives such as educational events, webinars, and email campaigns to drive partner sales
- Manage and solve operational partnership issues while maintaining strong relationship foundations
You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development experience. You have a proven track record in quota-driven sales environments and are a highly motivated individual contributor who can operate independently. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, bounce back quickly from setbacks, and possess extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce proficiency is preferred. The role requires being in the field 3 days per week and being located in the Seattle area.
