Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to make retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. Backed by major investors including BlackRock, SoftBank, and TPG, the company has raised approximately $500 million to date and is transforming the retirement industry by addressing the gap where over half of working Americans lack adequate retirement savings. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary driver of Human Interest's partnership strategy, responsible for building, developing, and amplifying referral relationships with key ecosystem partners including tech platforms, human capital management (HCM) providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on lead generation and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your core responsibilities include: developing and maintaining strategic referral networks and partnerships; proactively identifying and resolving partnership issues through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams; collaborating with Partner Marketing to execute demand-generation initiatives such as educational events, webinars, and email campaigns; and working with partners to establish business goals, performance metrics, and go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline depth and revenue generation. You will need 2+ years of proven experience building and maintaining relationships with tech, HCM, and financial services partners in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. Success in quota-driven sales environments is essential. You should be a self-motivated relationship builder who thrives independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate with discretion and judgment. Salesforce proficiency is preferred. The role requires 3 days per week in the field and is based in Las Vegas, NV.
