Airalo is the world's first eSIM store, enabling travelers to access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions. This strategic business development role focuses on driving B2B and B2B2C growth across Latin America, with an initial emphasis on the Mexican market. You will own partner acquisition, channel expansion, and high-volume transaction streams across corporate travel, enterprise consumer, and reseller channels. Reporting directly to the Partnerships Director for North America & LatAm, you'll serve as the primary commercial champion for regional market expansion, responsible for mapping strategic territories and building high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven, consultative deal-maker who excels at leading complex sales cycles and identifying growth opportunities in emerging markets. You'll work across a fully remote, genuinely global team of 400+ people spanning 60+ countries. The company values trust, ownership, and autonomy—minimal bureaucracy, maximum impact. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying partnership opportunities in Mexico and across LATAM, negotiating and closing B2B and B2B2C deals, developing go-to-market strategies for new channels, and collaborating with product and operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and scaling. You'll have the autonomy to shape the commercial strategy for one of the fastest-growing regions in Airalo's expansion roadmap. English fluency is required for daily communication in meetings and asynchronous work. The role is fully remote but Mexico-based, allowing you to build local market relationships while leveraging Airalo's global infrastructure.
