You will serve as a strategic transformation lead for Writer's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as a high-impact partner that moves beyond software implementation to help large organizations fundamentally rethink how they work. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, translating Writer's platform capabilities into measurable P&L impact and helping C-suite executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with dedicated customer success managers
- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to Fortune 50-100 customer leadership teams, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Building and maintaining C-suite relationships to elevate AI as a top organizational priority
- Conducting analysis through surveys and interviews to quantify and communicate P&L impact in executive business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional transformation programs across multiple customer stakeholders, managing escalations and risk mitigation
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scaling transformation best practices by developing frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team
You'll report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work from Writer's Chicago or Austin hubs on a hybrid basis. This role offers the opportunity to build the playbook for enterprise AI transformation and directly influence how the world's largest brands adopt superintelligence to expand human capacity.
