Writer is seeking a Strategic AI Adoption Lead to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio in the London hub. This hybrid role combines customer success expertise with hands-on AI enablement, requiring you to embed deeply into enterprise customer organizations, understand their business objectives, and build programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include owning activation and platform success by understanding each customer's specific use cases, business objectives, and success metrics; building and co-developing custom AI solutions that translate into workflows driving measurable business impact; designing and executing activation strategies that drive platform adoption; and implementing champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, customized trainings, and workshops.
You'll build champion communities by creating advocate networks within customer organizations, establishing power user communities that drive peer-to-peer learning, training internal customer trainers to scale enablement, and designing innovative customer experiences that deepen engagement. You'll lead educational workshops and live events by facilitating dynamic training sessions tailored to diverse audiences, partnering with the curriculum team while owning customization and delivery, and creating memorable learning experiences that inspire action.
The ideal candidate brings at least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes. You need deep experience understanding customer use cases, implementing activation strategies, building advocate networks, and connecting platform usage to business outcomes. Technical proficiency is essential—you should be comfortable scoping, designing, and delivering custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases, understanding technical concepts, and communicating them effectively to varied audiences.
Excellent facilitation and education skills are required, including expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops and the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrate strong program management skills, and maintain a natural advisor mindset. The role involves approximately 25% domestic and international travel.
