Writer is seeking a Strategic AI Adoption Lead to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio in the East region. This hybrid role, based in NYC, combines customer success with hands-on AI enablement.
You will embed deeply into customer organizations to understand their business objectives and design programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. Working closely with transformation leads, you'll identify the right Writer capabilities for each use case and execute strategies that drive adoption: building champion networks, running customized workshops, and advising customers on scaling AI programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics
- Building and co-developing custom AI solutions with customers, translating use cases into workflows that drive business impact
- Designing and executing activation strategies including champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, and customized trainings
- Creating advocate networks and champion communities within customer organizations
- Establishing power user communities that drive peer-to-peer learning and training internal customer trainers
- Facilitating dynamic live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences
- Refining materials based on customer feedback and adoption data
- Working cross-functionally to understand evolving customer needs and building deep relationships with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 9+ years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
- Deep experience understanding customer use cases, mapping workflows, and leveraging business objectives
- Experience implementing activation strategies including champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
- Success building advocate networks and power user communities
- Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI
- Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases
- Comfortable understanding technical concepts and communicating them to varied audiences
- Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
- Skilled at tailoring content and delivery to diverse audiences
- Excellence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong program management skills and natural advisor mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; comfortable with experimentation
Travel: 25% domestic and international travel may be required.
