6sense is hiring a Strategic Advertising Account Executive to lead enterprise advertising sales for their fast-growing B2B advertising business. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on complex, high-value enterprise accounts.
You will own the full sales cycle for significant enterprise advertising opportunities, from strategy and opportunity creation through close and expansion. You'll serve as a specialized advertising leader and thought partner for customers and internal teams, bringing expertise in programmatic advertising, predictive intelligence, intent data, and AI-powered marketing insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning strategy and execution of complex enterprise advertising sales motions across strategic accounts
- Building executive relationships with marketing buyers and stakeholders across advertising, demand generation, ABM, procurement, and finance
- Creating tailored value narratives connecting programmatic advertising and audience activation to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Expanding media revenue by identifying new buying centers and increasing share of wallet
- Partnering across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to coordinate account strategy and align resources
- Acting independently to define methods for new or special assignments and guide others as needed
- Capturing field insights and developing scalable approaches that strengthen the advertising business
You'll work with substantial independence on complex pursuits requiring evaluation of intangible factors, independent judgment, and strategic thinking. Success requires closing six and seven-figure deals, navigating matrixed organizations, and influencing senior decision makers without direct authority.
Required qualifications: 12+ years of enterprise advertising or SaaS sales experience (or 8+ years with a master's degree). Broad expertise in B2B programmatic advertising, proven success with Fortune 500 companies, consistent quota achievement, and demonstrated ability to expand revenue across complex enterprise organizations through executive relationship development and cross-functional alignment.
