ServiceNow seeks a Customer Success Executive to lead strategic post-sales adoption and success initiatives for the company's most valuable accounts. This role combines customer success leadership with strategic account management, requiring you to act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and drive long-term business transformation outcomes.
You will own the customer's post-sales transformation journey, aligning ServiceNow's platform capabilities to customer business goals while bringing industry thought leadership. Key responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives on integrated pre- and post-sales strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to success, and guiding the Customer Success team to meet critical KPIs around adoption, technical health, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
The role demands strategic alignment across ServiceNow's internal teams and customer organizations. You'll establish clear success metrics with customers, regularly review progress against milestones, and refine transformation plans to ensure value realization. You'll also advocate for innovation, helping customers explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance their business processes and decision-making.
This is a leadership position requiring extensive experience in large-scale digital transformations. You should have a minimum of 15 years in management consulting, program leadership, or similar roles focused on technology-enabled business transformation in enterprise software or SaaS environments. A strong track record building and leading high-performing teams, deep C-level relationship experience, and proven ability to solve complex business problems are essential. You'll thrive in matrixed, rapidly changing environments while maintaining execution focus and cross-functional collaboration. Baseline security clearance eligibility is strongly preferred.
