Cyolo is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across complex enterprise and industrial environments in the North Central US region. You will own the full sales cycle—from territory planning and prospecting through discovery, technical validation, commercial negotiation, and close. This is a consultative, technically fluent sales role ideal for someone who understands IP networking and can engage credibly with security, identity, infrastructure, and operational technology teams.
Key responsibilities include building and developing a qualified pipeline through direct outbound activity and partner engagement; selling Cyolo's secure access and connectivity solutions to enterprise customers in networking, industrial, and OT environments; engaging with technical and business stakeholders across security, networking, infrastructure, OT, procurement, and executive levels; translating complex customer requirements into compelling business cases; managing opportunities ranging from $20K to $1M+ with sales cycles of 6–18 months; collaborating with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams; developing business through channel partners (system integrators, OEMs, distributors); and building long-term customer relationships that support adoption and expansion.
You will maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity data to prioritize actions and improve performance. This role suits someone comfortable creating demand, navigating long sales cycles, and thriving in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years selling enterprise technology in industrial or secure connectivity markets (15 years preferred). Strong IP networking knowledge is essential, along with experience in identity and privileged access; ability to understand and speak credibly about OT environments is required. Proven record of winning complex enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes. Experience with long, consultative sales cycles including discovery, solution alignment, POC processes, procurement, and negotiation. Experience selling into regulated or industrial sectors (manufacturing, utilities, transportation) in North America and/or Europe. Demonstrated success working through channel partners. Experience in both established enterprise technology companies and early-stage or scale-up environments. History of building and maturing territories, creating demand, and developing durable customer relationships. Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Advantages include earlier technical, engineering, support, or pre-sales experience; experience selling networking, ADC, load-balancing, segmentation, encryption, or secure access solutions; and experience adapting enterprise infrastructure solutions to SaaS-based commercial models.
