Salary: GBP 105,000 - 158,000 / annual

As a Strategic Account Manager in EMEA, you will own a book of strategic key accounts, acting as the quarterback across product development, commercial strategy, and project execution. You will drive measurable growth, expand product adoption, and build durable executive relationships with complex, fast-moving clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning day-to-day strategic account management, driving growth and expansion across multiple Rokt products
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders across product, commercial, operations, and technical teams to ensure fast execution
- Leading account planning through Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, and quarterly business reviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility and commercial rigor
- Using data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize account outcomes
You bring 4+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, or related customer-facing commercial roles in technology, ecommerce, media, or adjacent fast-paced environments. You have strong technical and commercial acumen, exceptional organizational and program management skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities. You move with urgency, embrace AI as a force multiplier, and have a deep ownership mindset.
