Salary: USD 220,000 - 260,000 / annual
Talon.One is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join its Global Account Management team in the Americas. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients including global brands like Adidas, H&M, and Sephora. You will serve as a trusted advisor responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
You will own a portfolio of select high-value accounts, developing long-term relationships and account plans to ensure product adoption, retention, and expansion. Key responsibilities include identifying and driving expansion opportunities (new use cases, product modules, geographies, business units), partnering with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers to ensure ongoing engagement, and serving as an executive counterpart for VP and C-level stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional account teams to align on strategy and execution, collaborate with solution and technology partners, and maintain deep understanding of Talon.One's capabilities aligned to customer goals and KPIs.
You will accurately forecast revenue and renewal timelines, own commercial growth targets, and represent Talon.One at strategic account touchpoints, product demos, and client events. The role requires 25–40% travel to meet clients in-region.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience in B2B SaaS, proven ability to manage large matrixed client organizations across multiple business units and geographies, and experience developing strategic account plans with ownership of commercial growth targets. You should demonstrate strong business acumen, ability to navigate complex customer organizations, influence decision-making, and build executive relationships. Cross-functional collaboration experience with account teams is essential. Background in e-commerce or B2C marketing tech is a plus. An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are preferred. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
The role is remote but requires location within commuting distance of one of five US hubs: New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, or San Francisco.
