Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is a rapid seizure detection technology deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and integrated delivery networks nationwide. As a Strategic Account Manager based in the Pacific Northwest, you will drive new and organic growth by expanding Ceribell's use into additional departments and clinical indications within the existing customer base. You will partner closely with the Clinical Account Manager to identify expansion opportunities into ED, ICU, Neonatal, and future indications. Your responsibilities include validating champion interest, cultivating clinical champions and budgets, and executing departmental expansions, training, launches, and post-launch activities. Key responsibilities include: expanding Ceribell adoption across departments within existing hospitals; building physician advocacy and champions using hospital data; delivering formal presentations and peer-to-peer education; managing physician training and clinical education initiatives; leading new department launches with strong project management; educating physicians and hospital personnel on clinical usage and use cases; troubleshooting workflow solutions; partnering with clinicians to establish seizure risk protocols; and maintaining compliance and administrative documentation via Salesforce. You will report to the Regional Vice President of Account Management and travel approximately 70% of the time. The ideal candidate will live near a major airport within the Pacific Northwest region, as remote work does not fit the role requirements. Required qualifications: 7–10 years of recent critical care sales experience, OR 5+ years of medical device/pharma sales combined with 3+ years of RN clinical experience. You must have experience working with multiple stakeholders (physicians, management, administration) and hospital-wide committees. Essential traits include excellent communication, relationship building, creative problem-solving, strategic prioritization, ability to assess stakeholder needs, confidence to challenge status quo through consensus building, coachability, and high integrity. Startup experience is a bonus.
