Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, and business growth. The company specializes in solutions for communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management—particularly for highly regulated financial institutions. As a Strategic Account Manager 3, you will own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of complex, global financial services clients including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and scope. Key responsibilities include: • Full end-to-end account ownership: delivery outcomes, commercial performance, executive relationships, and long-term strategic growth across your portfolio • Renewal management: own all renewals, build retention strategy, lead negotiations, and close deals independently • Churn forecasting and mitigation: accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop proactive intervention plans • Expansion pipeline: drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives • Executive engagement: design and lead strategic business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and control maturity—not product updates • Account health monitoring: independently assess risk across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions; surface issues early using ticket patterns, adoption data, and stakeholder signals • Escalation management: own ticket triage, escalation, and resolution end-to-end with minimal manager involvement; coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Support • Multi-stakeholder navigation: manage complex relationships with Heads of Surveillance, compliance analysts, technology teams, and operations teams simultaneously You'll need deep expertise in enterprise compliance technology, unified controls frameworks, and the financial services regulatory environment (communications monitoring, trade reconstruction, archiving mandates). You should understand how clients evaluate and mature their compliance posture over time, and how delivery health directly impacts commercial outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in the Virginia/Washington office. The position requires the ability to think strategically and execute operationally, often in the same day, with high autonomy on account strategy, renewals, escalations, and executive relationships.
