Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, and business growth. The company specializes in unified controls frameworks combining communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management for highly regulated financial institutions.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of complex, global financial services clients including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms. This is a high-autonomy role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Full end-to-end account ownership: delivery outcomes, commercial performance, executive relationships, and long-term strategic growth across your portfolio
• Renewal management: own all renewals, build retention strategy, lead negotiations, and close deals independently
• Churn forecasting and mitigation: accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop proactive intervention plans
• Expansion pipeline: drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives
• Executive engagement: lead strategic business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity, and platform value
• Account health monitoring: independently assess risk across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions; surface issues early through ticket patterns, stakeholder signals, and adoption data
• Escalation management: own ticket triage, escalation, and resolution end-to-end with minimal manager involvement; coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Multi-stakeholder navigation: manage complex organizational structures involving Heads of Surveillance, compliance analysts, technology teams, and operations teams
You will need deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, unified controls frameworks, and the financial services regulatory environment (communications monitoring, trade reconstruction, archiving mandates). Experience managing complex accounts at regulated financial institutions is essential. You should be comfortable with commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS, including retention strategy, churn forecasting, and pipeline development.
This is a hybrid role based in London with significant autonomy on account strategy, renewals, escalations, and executive relationships.
