Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, and business growth. The company specializes in unified controls frameworks that integrate communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management for regulated financial institutions.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of complex, highly regulated financial institutions including global banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms. Your responsibilities span delivery outcomes, commercial performance, executive relationships, and long-term strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full end-to-end account ownership: relationship health, satisfaction, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Renewal management: own all renewals, build retention strategy, lead negotiations, and close deals independently
- Churn forecasting and mitigation: accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop proactive intervention plans
- Expansion pipeline: drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives
- Executive engagement: lead strategic business reviews and executive conversations focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and control maturity
- Escalation management: triage, own, and resolve complex multi-workstream escalations with minimal manager involvement
- Account health monitoring: independently assess risk across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions; surface early warning signals
- Cross-functional collaboration: build relationships with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to accelerate issue resolution
You will operate with high autonomy on account strategy, renewals, escalations, and executive relationships. The role requires the ability to think strategically and execute operationally, often in the same day.
Ideal candidates bring deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks; understand the financial services regulatory environment (communications monitoring, trade reconstruction, archiving mandates); have proven success managing multi-stakeholder relationships at regulated financial institutions; demonstrate mastery of commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS; and excel at escalation management and operational accountability.
