Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, and business growth. The company serves highly regulated financial institutions including global banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of complex, highly regulated financial services clients. Your responsibilities span delivery outcomes, commercial performance, executive relationships, and long-term strategic growth. You will manage accounts building or strengthening unified controls frameworks that integrate communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management. Key responsibilities include: • Full end-to-end account ownership: relationship health, delivery, satisfaction, retention, and expansion across your portfolio, operating with high autonomy on account strategy, renewals, escalations, and executive engagement. • Renewal and churn management: own all renewals in your portfolio, build retention strategies, lead negotiations, close deals, forecast ARR churn risk, and develop mitigation plans. • Expansion and growth: drive inbound expansion deals independently in collaboration with Account Executives; identify and pursue platform expansion opportunities across the controls framework. • Executive engagement: lead strategic business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity, and platform value—not product updates. • Account health and risk management: independently assess account health across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions; surface risk early through ticket patterns, stakeholder signals, and adoption data; build intervention plans with minimal manager direction. • Escalation ownership: triage, escalate, and resolve issues end-to-end for your full portfolio; manage complex multi-workstream escalations; build relationships with Product, Engineering, and Support to accelerate resolution. You will need deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks, understanding how communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management converge at regulated financial institutions. You should understand the regulatory obligations driving client demand across global banking, hedge funds, asset management, and energy sectors. You must navigate complex organizational structures involving Heads of Surveillance, compliance analysts, technology teams, and operations teams, managing both executive-level and working-level relationships simultaneously. Experience with commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS—renewals, expansion, churn forecasting, and pipeline development—is essential.
