Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, and business growth. The company specializes in unified controls frameworks that integrate communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management for highly regulated financial institutions.
As a Strategic Account Manager 3, you will own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of complex, globally distributed financial services clients including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms. Your responsibilities span delivery outcomes, commercial performance, executive relationships, and long-term strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full end-to-end account ownership: renewals, retention strategy, churn forecasting, and expansion pipeline development
- Executive business review design and delivery, leading strategic conversations about compliance posture, regulatory risk, and control maturity
- Account health monitoring and risk identification across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions
- Escalation management and operational accountability across the full portfolio with minimal manager involvement
- Collaboration with Account Executives on inbound expansion deals and with Product, Engineering, and Support teams on resolution acceleration
- Negotiation and close of renewals and expansion opportunities
You will operate with high autonomy on account strategy, renewals, escalations, and executive relationships. The role requires the ability to think strategically and execute operationally, often in the same day. You'll manage multi-stakeholder relationships across Heads of Surveillance, compliance analysts, technology teams, and operations teams at client organizations.
This is a hybrid position based in Houston, requiring deep expertise in enterprise compliance technology, financial services regulatory environment, and commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS.
