The company works with major brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as large-scale data center and EV charging network projects. Founded in 2021 and backed by CRV, Susa Ventures, and Fifth Wall, Pulley combines deep permitting expertise with purpose-built AI.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with decision-makers through proactive communication, lead monthly account reviews and QBRs, and represent the customer in city and AHJ meetings alongside the Permit Ops team.
- Stakeholder Onboarding & Program Growth: Train new members of the customer's team and onboard external collaborators (architects, engineers of record) as the account scales.
- Internal Resource & Cross-Functional Enablement: Translate customer feedback into actionable input for internal teams, unblock issues, and advocate for process improvements.
This role is designed for someone genuinely customer-obsessed who treats the customer's goals as their own, stays ahead of needs, and measures success by customer outcomes. You will work remotely but be embedded near your customer.

- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex updates into clear, confidence-building language
- Track record of building genuine stakeholder relationships with credible presence
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail; systems-oriented
- Comfortable working cross-functionally without direct authority; skilled at alignment, information routing, and influence-based outcomes
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable, Notion, Asana) and data dashboards
- AI fluency and comfort with no-code tooling
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial programs (national retail rollouts, big-box retail, warehouse/distribution construction)
