The company is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Poland's largest enterprises, with a focus on Financial Services. This role requires building and managing a strategic account portfolio, identifying new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement and operational efficiency, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for senior executives.
Key responsibilities include developing deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and Polish financial services regulations, executing account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in the sector, partnering with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams on onboarding and expansion, and serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on emerging trends in generative AI and voice interfaces.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology (ideally with AI/LLM exposure), proven success closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders, a well-established network within Polish financial services at the senior/C-level, experience selling technical solutions, deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland, and comfort operating in early-stage, high-growth environments.
