The Insurance & Wealth Solutions Team drives enterprise sales by partnering with life insurance carriers, wealth managers, retirement organizations, and financial advisory groups. You will be a Strategic Account Executive responsible for cultivating and managing a dynamic sales pipeline within the insurance and wealth sector. Key responsibilities include formulating strategic deal models and building substantial, complex partnerships; identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects to drive revenue; engaging and influencing senior leadership at major financial institutions with executive presence; leading negotiations for multi-year contracts; fostering connections with industry experts for strategic collaboration; and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to develop holistic solutions. You will be based in a key growth territory (Idaho Falls or broader central/western US including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and the Midwest/South) and expected to work core hours aligned with your territory's time zone. Approximately 15% travel across the US is required. Required qualifications: 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into financial or insurance institutions; 3+ years of hands-on business development from value creation through contract negotiation and funnel management; proficiency with MEDDIC or MEDDPIC sales methodology; ability to confidently present to and build trust with C-level executives at Fortune 500 firms; demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and closing high six-figure ACV agreements; proven track record of surpassing quotas in high-growth environments. General familiarity with US insurance and wealth products/services is a plus but deep domain expertise is not required. Preferred: prior exposure to insurance and wealth organizations; strong understanding of insurance and wealth agents' needs and pain points; familiarity with Salesforce and Gmail.
