The Insurance & Wealth Solutions Team drives enterprise sales by partnering with life insurance carriers, wealth managers, retirement organizations, and financial advisory groups. Key responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects to drive revenue growth; engaging and influencing senior leadership at Fortune 500 firms with executive presence; leading negotiations for multi-year contracts; fostering industry connections for strategic collaborations; and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to develop holistic solutions. You'll work core hours aligned with your assigned territory's time zone (Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or broader Midwest/South) and travel approximately 15% annually. Required qualifications: 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into financial or insurance institutions; 3+ years of hands-on business development including value creation, contract negotiation, and funnel management; proficiency with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC sales methodology; ability to confidently present to and influence C-level executives; demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with high six-figure ACV agreements; proven track record of surpassing quotas in high-growth environments. General familiarity with US insurance and wealth products is a plus; deep domain expertise is not required. Preferred: prior exposure to insurance and wealth organizations; strong understanding of agents' needs and pain points; familiarity with Salesforce and Gmail.
