Join Canva's Strategic Account Executive team within Canva Enterprise, working with named accounts on a global scale. You'll help organisations consolidate design, content production, and collaboration under one secure, centralised platform. This role requires fluency in both German and English, with comfort moving between both languages with customers and internal partners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning account planning using data-driven approaches to identify and reach potential customers likely to benefit from Canva's products; analysing market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activity
• Managing pipeline and driving revenue growth by keeping pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity current in Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
• Leading with a customer-centric mindset, using compelling storytelling and vision transfer presented through a creative lens to guide customers on personalised journeys
• Serving as a genuine product expert, exhibiting deep knowledge of Canva's product and ability to sell creative solutions addressing customers' unique problems while gathering customer feedback and market insight to shape the product roadmap
• Fostering long-term relationships with both customers and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, Customer Success)
• Simplifying complex situations into digestible, customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's own worksuite
You'll be part of Sales & Success, the team behind Canva's go-to-market engine, supporting Canva Enterprise's mission to empower every organisation to design. The team collaborates across Product, Marketing, and other departments to support the sales function as Canva branches into new markets and develops fresh Enterprise solutions.

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• 8+ years of full-cycle selling experience across medium-sized businesses to large corporations
• Proven success managing full sales cycles, including prospecting with focus on new logo attainment
• Experience with large named accounts, ideally on a global scale within a technology company, with demonstrated top performance
• Ability to navigate complexity and address complex business challenges
• Talent for creating detailed plans within intricate organisations
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, especially in face-to-face meetings with multiple key stakeholders
• Track record of leading successful, complex negotiations
• Comfort navigating uncertainty in fast-paced environments
