As a Strategic Account Executive for the DACH region, you will drive new business and growth within the largest enterprise prospects by developing tailored strategies to break into and expand major accounts. This role requires sophisticated account research, executive-level messaging, and champion-building to address customer pain points and priority business outcomes. You will build a territory in the DACH region and shape Glean's presence among industry-leading organizations. Key responsibilities include: sourcing and closing net new logos within your territory; navigating complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions; researching and understanding customer business objectives to execute value-driven sales cycles; collaborating with internal partners to advance deals and ensure customer success; consistently exceeding ARR revenue targets through metric-based approaches; and developing and executing sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver repeatable, predictable bookings.
