You will join the Strategic Manufacturing & Logistics Account Team, responsible for selling into the largest manufacturing and logistics enterprises globally. In this role, you will apply a consultative sales approach to create and cultivate long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with one existing strategic manufacturing customer, using a land-and-expand model to drive growth within the account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts from an existing customer perspective with a focus on land-and-expand strategies
- Engaging cross-functionally at C-level and below (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
- Representing the entire Celonis suite of solutions, with emphasis on Finance and Supply Chain sales motions and industry-specific use cases
- Holding an individual revenue target for closing six-to-seven-figure deals
- Engaging closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors
- Driving complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Management/Business Process Consulting, ideally with complementary SaaS sales or in-house consulting experience
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the enterprise value chain in Automotive/Manufacturing, particularly Finance and Supply Chain
- Solid understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Fluent German and English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-moving, high-growth environments with positivity and creative thinking
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with ability to leverage internal resources
