You will join the Strategic Manufacturing & Logistics Account Team, responsible for selling into the largest Manufacturing and Logistics Services enterprises globally. In this role, you will apply a consultative sales approach to create and cultivate relationships with existing strategic manufacturing customers, focusing on land-and-expand opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Managing accounts from an existing customer perspective with a land-and-expand sales model - Engaging cross-functionally at C-level and below (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.) - Representing the entire Celonis suite of solutions with focus on Finance and Supply Chain sales motions and industry-specific use cases - Holding an individual revenue target for closing six-to-seven-figure deals within your accounts - Engaging closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors - Driving complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners Required qualifications: - 10+ years of total relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Management/Business Process Consulting, ideally with complementary experience in SaaS Sales or in-house consulting - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level - Strong business acumen and deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the enterprise value chain in Automotive/Manufacturing, particularly Finance and Supply Chain - Solid understanding of the Manufacturing industry - Fluent German and English language skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity and creative thinking - Strong collaborative, inclusive, and interpersonal skills - Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team
