Warp is building an agentic development environment—a platform that evolved from reimagining the terminal into a full workbench for dispatching AI agents to code, deploy, and debug production software. The company operates two products: Warp (the agentic development environment) and Oz (an orchestration platform for running hundreds of cloud agents in parallel). With 750k+ active developers at companies including Docker, Ramp, Peloton, and over half the Fortune 500, Warp is one of the fastest-growing startups in the AI development space, with revenue that grew 44x last year.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for Warp Factories—the company's platform helping engineering organizations automate major parts of the software development lifecycle with AI agents. You'll work with some of the world's largest and most sophisticated engineering organizations, managing complex, high-value opportunities from initial discovery through technical evaluation, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)-led deployments, executive alignment, and commercial close.
Key responsibilities include: owning the full enterprise sales cycle; selling to senior engineering, AI, platform, and technology leaders; helping customers identify high-value opportunities for software factories and translate AI initiatives into concrete deployments with measurable ROI; positioning Warp's infrastructure-first approach; structuring and selling FDE-led engagements; partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams; navigating multi-threaded enterprise deals involving engineering leadership, security, procurement, legal, and executives; building compelling business cases connecting technical outcomes to executive priorities; developing champions and executive relationships; and contributing to Warp's strategic sales motion by refining qualification, messaging, use cases, commercial structures, and deployment playbooks based on market feedback.
The role requires 6-10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals at large organizations, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. You should have experience selling highly technical infrastructure or platform products to engineering organizations, strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business value, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals. The ideal candidate is excited to develop new use cases, work closely with customers and the product team, and help define what great enterprise adoption of a new infrastructure category looks like.
