Twilio is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth across EMEA, with a focus on Southern Europe. This role combines account management and sales expertise, targeting high-value prospects and fast-growing existing customers. You will manage a portfolio of accounts ranging from large multinational enterprises to SMBs, with responsibility for cross-selling and upselling Twilio's communications platform (voice, messaging, email, contact centre, account security).
Key responsibilities include servicing the fastest-growing customers in your region, expanding revenue and gross profit share of wallet, opening doors to new product adoption, maintaining high customer satisfaction, creating pricing proposals, negotiating contracts, and selling to both technical and business audiences. You'll build trust with technical customers, communicate complex contractual and financial details clearly, and balance multiple concurrent deals and priorities.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of account management or sales experience closing complex technical solutions to large customer bases. You must demonstrate a consistent track record of quota achievement, deep understanding of cross-sell and upsell strategies within mature accounts, and solid financial acumen (revenue tracking, gross profit analysis, pipeline management). Native or bilingual English and Hebrew proficiency is required. Experience selling communications solutions (messaging, voice, email, security verification) or background in telecommunications is highly valued. You should be comfortable selling to both business and technical stakeholders.
This is a remote-first role based in the UK, Spain, or Ireland, with approximately 25% travel expected for customer meetings and team gatherings. Twilio is a remote-first company with a strong culture of connection and global inclusion.
