Nectar Social is an AI-native social operating system founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leaders, enabling brands to build authentic relationships with communities through social commerce. The company has raised $30M+ from investors including GV and True Ventures, and works with leading consumer brands like Oura Health, Caraway, e.l.f. Cosmetics, and OLIPOP. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive transformational sales into top-tier global consumer brands, conglomerates, and multi-brand organizations. You'll own high-value, complex deal cycles targeting accounts adopting AI-powered workflows across social, marketing, creator, and customer experience teams. Key responsibilities include: running account-based strategies to penetrate and expand within major consumer brands and holding companies; orchestrating complex, multi-year commercial agreements with high ACVs across multiple business units; building multi-threaded relationships with C-level decision-makers (CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, VPs of Growth); developing tailored ROI models and strategic transformation roadmaps for executive buying committees; directing cross-functional deal teams; feeding enterprise requirements back to Product and Engineering leadership; and representing Nectar at executive forums and industry summits. You'll need 6+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record exceeding quota on Strategic/Key Accounts managing six- and seven-figure deals. Deep consumer brand domain expertise is essential—experience selling into e-commerce, beauty, CPG, retail, or multi-brand conglomerates. You should demonstrate mastery of complex sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger), exceptional executive presence, and the ability to position software as a strategic growth catalyst. High ownership, resource orchestration skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment are critical. Bonus qualifications include experience selling AI, automation, or social media management platforms at the strategic tier; founding AE experience; pre-existing C-level relationships at major consumer brands; experience at high-growth Series A/B startups; and familiarity with AI-native tools and modern social commerce ecosystems. The company offers competitive compensation with early equity, health/vision/dental benefits, 401(k) match, and a hybrid schedule (4 days in office with 3 flex remote days per quarter after 3 months). Additional perks include $1,000/month housing stipend, $50/month mobile and internet stipends, commuter benefits, and free lunch in Palo Alto.
