Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 / annual
CapIntel is a software platform serving wealth management enterprises, enabling financial advisors to explain complex investment strategies and create compelling client presentations. In this role, you will work closely with the Solutions team and Strategic Account Executives to drive advisor engagement within target wealth firms. You will own the full engagement lifecycle—from initial outreach and product demonstrations through developing informed internal champions who advocate for CapIntel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing advisor engagement plans aligned with account strategy
- Researching target firms and building focused outreach lists
- Conducting consistent outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Converting outreach into meetings, product demos, roundtables, and workshops
- Building relationships with advisors to understand their workflows and investment research processes
- Identifying and nurturing potential champions within target organizations
- Maintaining disciplined CRM activity and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Gathering advisor insights to strengthen messaging, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Sharing market feedback and recurring needs with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
You should have 2–4 years of wealth management experience, ideally as an internal wholesaler, internal sales consultant, associate advisor, or associate financial planner. You understand advisor workflows and client conversations, are comfortable with proactive outbound outreach, and can confidently build relationships and deliver presentations. Strong commercial judgment, persistence, curiosity, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Relevant industry credentials (CSC, CIM, CFP, CFA, SIE, or securities registrations) are a plus.
