The company works with primary care groups, ACOs, and health plans to deliver real-time insights. As Strategic Account and Delivery Manager, you will own key customer relationships across the full lifecycle—from sales through pilot, launch, adoption, and expansion. You are the trusted point of contact for customers, managing relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: **Customer and Account Leadership:** Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and governance structures. Lead executive reviews and strategic planning conversations. Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and support retention, renewals, and expansion. **Implementation and Project Management:** Lead implementations from pilot planning through launch and adoption. Translate customer needs into clear plans with defined milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria. Coordinate across customer teams and Keebler Health's sales, product, engineering, clinical, and operations functions. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and changes with discipline. Handle hands-on data work including roster specifications, system access, file transport, and EHR-specific requirements. **Adoption and Value Realization:** Define and track success measures tied to clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Drive adoption across multi-practice accounts with complex stakeholder groups. Identify gaps between expected and realized value and lead remediation plans. Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to customers and internal teams. Contribute to repeatable implementation and account-management processes. You bring experience in strategic account management, customer success, implementation, professional services, or program delivery. You have a strong track record leading complex software implementations from planning through adoption, with excellent project-management skills and attention to detail. You communicate credibly with senior customers and can lead difficult conversations. You coordinate technical and non-technical teams without direct authority. Healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, or regulated-industry experience is preferred. You thrive in early-stage, rapidly changing environments and use AI tools to improve efficiency and team systems.
