Salary: EUR 36,000 - 38,000 / annual
Roadsurfer is Europe's largest campervan rental company, offering rental, subscription, and unique camping spot discovery services across the continent. As Station Manager at the Paris Airport location, you will lead the establishment and day-to-day operations of this station, managing both the on-site team and the local vehicle fleet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independent leadership and establishment of the Paris Airport location, working closely with central departments to oversee daily operations
- Process optimization by implementing existing standards while contributing your own ideas for improvements, including coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation
- Team leadership: motivating, onboarding, and managing your on-site team with effective task planning and quality control
- Recruitment and talent acquisition to build your team
- Fleet management: maintaining oversight of the local campervan fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
- Customer consultation and sales, advising customers on roadsurfer's products (rent, abo subscriptions, spots platform, and sales) and ensuring they leave as satisfied customers
- Maintaining constant communication with international roadsurfer stations to drive continuous improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar industries (career changers welcome)
- Experience leading employees or teams is advantageous
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly, open demeanor
- Hands-on, effective communicator
- Resilient problem solver and highly organized
- Excellent English fluency; fluent French required for this Paris location
- Valid Class B driver's license
