Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform powered by AI music generation. The company is the fastest-growing consumer entertainment company and leader in AI music, backed by top-tier investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and NVIDIA Ventures. As Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead the establishment and scaling of Suno's technical program management function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll coordinate major cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and other teams—including model launches, multi-team engineering efforts, and large-scale engineering initiatives. Key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs from scoping through rollout and tracking - Coach and mentor junior TPMs, building the mentorship structure and team capability that doesn't yet exist at Suno - Define what "TPM" means at Suno—establishing working models, organizing principles, and growth areas for the function - Partner closely with engineering leadership to maintain velocity and ease collaboration - Translate Suno's mission of creative fulfillment into coordinated, shipped reality across teams You'll work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where the problems are hard and the work demands intensity. The role offers a genuine opportunity to shape a new medium and work with a small team deeply committed to quality. REQUIREMENTS: Must-haves: - 8–10 years of experience in program or technical program management - Demonstrated adaptability—ability to find the right approach for the environment rather than importing past playbooks - Clear, articulable framework for evaluating and measuring program success - Technical/coding fluency sufficient to get hands-on and understand the work, not just coordinate around it Nice-to-haves: - Track record of building a program from zero in genuine ambiguity and landing it - Experience coaching or mentoring other program managers - Background at a consumer tech company, high-scale tech company, or hypergrowth scale-up - Experience coordinating launches for AI or ML-driven products Must be eligible to work in the US.
