Join Intuit's Data, Growth and Experiences (DGX) team as a Staff Technical Account Manager focused on tax data connectivity and partner success. This role bridges tax data partners, the IDX platform, and internal product/development teams to ensure high-quality tax experiences for Intuit's 100M+ customers.
You will serve as the primary operational contact for strategic tax partners, acting as a trusted strategic partner and ambassador of customer obsession. Key responsibilities include: developing deep understanding of partners' business objectives and technical capabilities; providing proactive technical guidance on API integrations, authentication protocols, and system connectivity; managing and prioritizing partner issues with cross-functional teams; conducting regular partner reviews to share KPIs and performance insights; owning content for the tax partner portal to expand self-serve documentation and tools; contributing to technical documentation and knowledge base articles; and representing partner feedback internally to influence product roadmaps.

CRM experience (Salesforce) and fintech background required. Preferred qualifications include RESTful API fluency, payroll systems knowledge, and familiarity with financial data standards (OFX, FDX, EFW2).
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with exceptional soft skills: customer obsession, excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences, strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence, problem-solving ability, and a partner-centric mindset. You'll work independently and collaboratively in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
Minimum 8+ years in technical account management or similar partner-facing technical roles in fintech. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree and ITIL certifications preferred.
