As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take on a company-wide technical leadership role, architecting and building core systems that power the Circadia Intelligence Platform. You will work across the full stack—from sensor data processing and predictive model infrastructure to enterprise integrations and clinical workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable, reliable systems; mentoring and guiding other engineers; setting technical standards and best practices; and collaborating closely with product, clinical, and operations teams to ensure the platform delivers measurable patient outcomes.
You will be expected to drive technical strategy on key initiatives, own complex architectural decisions, and help shape the engineering culture as the company scales.
